Aye, aforementioned hither. I idea it was really stupid to put a guide what kind of photo is required, but don't allow upload of photograph. Govt agency really dumbfuck sometimes.

Like just leave it without turning engine on

I have iv cars sitting at dwelling at present and all of usa WFH. Since I am responsible for doing daily outdoor chores when necessary, I will used the car on rotation footing.
If you lot wanna feel safety to service the car, basically go to whatsoever nearest neighbourhood shop to change the oil and filter.
When your problems are settled, then exercise another service once again at the authorised eye.

IMO
you demand to verify your account at JPJ physically
so for beginning time, you need to go JPJ to verify your ic, thumbprint
and then you can upload your photo and renew license
